Description
I removed a section of bark from a hardwood log in a stack of firewood, then soaked it in water with rocks on top to weigh it down. After it became flat enough I applied a dozen coats of acrylic gel medium, then glued on a wooden mask that was hand carved in Kenya. The eyes are plastic frogeyes and the inside of the mouth is a piece of coral.
